"I live in Southern Michigan. Can I pick up my book instead of having it shipped?"
If you are local, you are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse. Please call ahead to let us know when you are coming, so we can ensure someone is available to help you. There is a $1.00 handling fee per book for pick-up, but the shipping charge is waived.
"Do you accept school purchase orders?"
We love to work with schools and do accept purchase orders. We are not able to accept purchase orders for online sales. If you would like to receive a quote or work with us directly, please contact us and we will put you in touch with our sales team, who will be able to provide a quote for your textbook needs.
"Is supplemental material (CD, access code, etc.) included?"
In general, we don't guarantee that supplemental material is included with a new or used book. You may always email or call to check on a specific title, but usually the textbook only is included in the listing. We do try to make detailed notes as to what may or may not be included with the book. Often a note will indicate "CD not included". Please read the description before contacting us.
Do you offer discounted shipping rates for bulk orders?
We price our books taking the shipping cost into account, so we are not always able to discount the shipping, even on bulk orders. However, we are always happy to check and provide a quote for you. Please email us the ISBN and condition you are looking to purchase, as well as the quantity you would like and the address the books will be shipping to. Once we have this information we will send you a quote to let you know the pricing we can offer.
**During our peak season (August - October), we are not able to discount shipping or item prices for orders placed online. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding!
